CAT TONGUE CAKE

Matters :

- wheat flour                             300 grams

- baking powder                       1 sdt

- cake soda                              ½ sdt

All matter above must be sieved together in a oneplace.

- butter                                     300 grams

- smooth sugar                          250 grams

- Raisin                                     200 grams

- albumen (shake stiff)   6 items

How to make   :

1. Mix the butter and sugar until smooth. Pour the albumen, mix and mixed the flour, baking powder, cake soda little by little at the same time flat mix.
2. Add raisin into cake batter, flat mixed.
3.  Pour the batter into cake squirt gun pocket, cut its tip as wide as ¾ cm. Squirting gun the cake as long as 4 cm on flat baking pan that was be smeared by butter.
4. Bake the cake in to oven until the cake dry and done, lift it after that. Waiting for cold and then include to the topless.
